Opening day deemed to be a success for this Jackson hunter. Marcus Johnson & his dad Eddie are pictured here with Marcus' big 13 point. Marcus took this deer in southwestern Claiborne county on 11/23/02. Eddie has been hunting in Claiborne county for the last 13 years. The live weight on this deer is approximately 240 lbs. His rack sports 13 countable points on a typical 10 point frame. His inside spread is 18". I will post the actual weight and score of this buck at a later date.
